TL;DR: WITNESS DATA FACTORY™ sells 100% synthetic clinical datasets. We collect only what is needed to process your purchase and deliver your dataset. We do not collect, process, or store any patient data or PHI — ever.

WITNESS DATA FACTORY™ is a synthetic medical data platform operated by Hector Ortiz. We generate and sell zero-PHI, HIPAA-aligned synthetic clinical text datasets for AI research and development teams.

2. Data We Collect

When you make a purchase or request a free sample, we may collect:

  • Email address (for dataset delivery)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Purchase metadata (SKU, tier, timestamp)

We do not collect health information, patient records, PHI, or any clinical data from you. All datasets sold by us are generated synthetically and contain zero real patient data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used exclusively to:

  • Process and fulfill your dataset order
  • Deliver secure download links to your email
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Maintain transaction records as required by law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing
